Can I stay with my pet?

Yes, dogs and cats are welcome to stay with you. Please inform us in advance of the type and number of pets.

Is there an additional fee for pets?

Yes. The fee is ¥10,000 per pet (dog or cat). For large dogs, please contact us in advance.

Do you provide pet amenities?

Yes. We provide pet bowls, toilet trays, and deodorizing spray. 

What should I bring when staying with my pet?

Please bring your pet’s regular food, collar and leash, pee pads or a crate (if needed), as well as familiar items such as toys or blankets. Bringing things your pet is used to will help them feel more comfortable during the stay.

Are any documents required for check-in with pets?

Yes, the following documents are required:

Owner’s ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.)

For dogs: rabies vaccination certificate OR combined vaccination certificate

For cats: combined vaccination certificate

Can I leave my pet alone in the room?

We generally ask that you accompany your pet. Depending on the type of pet, we may be able to assist with short stays in the room. Please consult us in advance.

What happens if my pet has an accident or damages something?

Any cleaning or repair costs will be charged at actual cost.

Can I stay even if I don’t have a pet?

Yes, you are welcome to stay. We also offer a special “Hairless Cat (Sphynx) Rental Experience” for guests who would like to spend time with a cat.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 16:00–22:00
Check-out: 10:00

Are meals included?

No meals are provided. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Is parking available?

We can guide you to nearby coin-operated parking lots.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free up to 7 days before your stay. After that, cancellation fees will apply. Please check the details when booking.
