Check-in: 16:00–22:00 (last reception)

Check-out: By 10:00

Late check-in fee: ¥250 per 15 minutes after 22:00

No contact after 22:00 will be treated as a cancellation.

Luggage storage available before check-in and after check-out.

9–5 days before: 30% of accommodation fee

5–3 days before: 50% of accommodation fee

2–1 day before: 80% of accommodation fee

Same day / No-show: 100% of accommodation fee
